Dengke Du d742290d84 openssh: upgrade to 7.4p1 ...

1. Drop CVE patch: fix-CVE-2016-8858.patch, because the version 7.4p1 have
   been fixed it.

2. Rebase the remaining patchs on the version 7.4p1.
