Ross Burton d6bc178f33 selftest: add test for recipes with patches in overrides 
devtool doesn't quite behave right when a recipe has patches applied in overrides, so
add a test case to exercise that behaviour.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
