Bruce Ashfield 5ec8233e2f linux-yocto/qemux86-64: enable profiling and latency ...

The configuration chunks for profiling and latency top have
been enabled in tree now, so we can drop optional feature
additions in the recipe itself.

build tests show identical configurations.
