Khem Raj b297c1aa4b recipes: Enforce ARM ISA just for arm arches <= armv5 
armv7+ used thumb2 ISA and it compiles fine with thumb2
issues are only when using thumb1 ISA

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
