Steve Sakoman dcb242eb19 Revert "gcc-cross-canadian.inc: Fix buildpaths error for pthread.h" ...

This patch is causing build failures where pthread.h does not exist:

sed: can't read
No such file or directory

This reverts commit d3c294ee0afe4d2eb46320945d41064ebfb5cbff.
