nikhil ddf68ab675 tiff: Remove unused patch from tiff 
Remove 0001-Revised-handling-of-TIFFTAG_INKNAMES-and-related-TIF.patch
file from tiff as it was removed while upgrading tiff from
4.4.0 -> 4.5.0
