Daniel Gomez 7ac4833236 allarch: Add missing allarch ttf-bitstream-vera 
allarch is missing in ttf-bitstream-vera recipe. Add it and include the
recipe in the SIGGEN_EXCLUDE_SAFE_RECIPE_DEPS list.
