Andreas Müller bacb105e32 flex: fix gcc-6 failure ...

Gcc-6 does not allow c++ comments withing c-code. Files generated by flex
can fail with:

| error: C++ style comments are not allowed in ISO C90
| num_to_alloc = 1; // After all that talk, this was set to 1 anyways...
