Kevin Tian eaa188f3b9 siggen.py: fix comparison around runtaskdeps 
two dep lists should be sorted before the comparison, or else it just
causes false-positive confusion.

Also fix 'taskdeps' to 'runtaskdeps' when printing out the difference.
