Armin Kuster 14912b7859 systemd: fixes mips64 login issue ...

With out this patch, one can not login to a mips64 machine like qumumips64 or Octeon mips64 when
systemd is enabled.

remove PACKAGECONFIG option too

affects: systemd < 2.3.1
