Alexander Kanavin e5a2faf045 bc: update 1.07.1 -> 1.08.1 ...

Upstream now ships pre-generated libmath.h, so we don't need to do so.

Drop 0001-dc-fix-exit-code-of-q-command.patch
(merged upstream).

License-update: copyright years.
