Alexander Kanavin e805f3c612 glib-2.0: upgrade 2.74.6 -> 2.76.2 ...

Drop backports.

Refactor relocate-modules.patch; upstream has implemented the same
logic, but made it os x only - we can simply drop those ifdef guards:
