Bumping the 3.4 and 3.8 reference board SRCREVs to the latest 3.4 and 3.8 kernel commits. Note: not all reference boards prefer the 3.8 kernel, but we can set the SRCREVs regardless, since the board support is present, just not completely tested yet.
