Alex Kiernan 8553d3e1ca scdoc: Upgrade 1.11.2 -> 1.11.3 ...

Swap static link removal patch to a backport of upstream, remove autotools
usage (this is just a Makefile recipe), fix up metadata.

	      Emit '\e' instead of '\\'
