Khem Raj eb6323cc56 gcc: Switch to git SRC_URI ...

svn has been giving troubles with svn 1.7 upgrade
Remove duplicate definition of S and B variables
from gcc-4.7.inc

Use 4.7.1.0 for PV to maintain the upgrade path
Its an interim solution once we upgrade to 4.7.2
we will drop it.
