Scott Rifenbark 69879741d0 yocto-project-qs: Fixed CentOS packages section. ...

Removed the "-y" argument from the command to install required
CentOS packages.

Added a qualifier to the version of Python that you need for the
build system.

Removed the note about RHEL.
