Nitin A Kamble d8bee043cb libtool: Upgrade from 2.4 -> 2.4.2
Rebased patches to the newer source code and deleted resolve-sysroot.patch
since its already applied upstream

merged libtool-2.4.2.inc & libtool.inc files

replaced PR with ${INC_PR}.0

Upstream-Status: Pending
When using sysroot we should append it to libdir, which is helpful in
cross builds as the system is staged in the sysroot. For normal builds,
i.e. when lt_sysroot is not set, it will still behave the same and add
-L/usr/lib to the relink command.
