Jose Perez Carranza f44c923bb9 selftest/seltest.py: Add test to check imports from other layers

This tests adds a check of selftest itself to verify if can
add test from other layers.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
