Alexander Kanavin d497d046f0 strace: update 5.10 -> 5.11 ...

Drop disable-git-version-gen.patch as problem fixed upstream.

Add parallel builds to ptest compile.

strace-graph has been removed upstream.

Adjust ptest patch to match upstream changes.
