Andreas Oberritter 34099fa18c ffmpeg: disable cpu autodetection ...

Just pass the correct -mcpu= configure switch (fallback to generic).

Avoids warnings like:
| warning: switch -mcpu=cortex-a15 conflicts with -march=armv7-a switch
