Radu Moisan 8e335f1da2 grub-efi-native: Update to version 2.00 ...

Added -Wno-unused-result because of a read() with no result, and causing
error due to -Werror
Updated grub recipe because of a patch name change
Removed unnecessary patches (merged upstream).
