Scott Rifenbark 10edc0b04e ref-manual: Updated PREFERRED_VERSION variable to use 5.0 ...

I changed the PREFERRED_VERSION_linux-yocto example to use
the 5.0 linux-yocto kernel rather than the 4.12 version.
