f1f18cea23 supertuxkart: update 0.9.2 -> 0.9.3 
While we are at it do major rework:

* Fix LICENCE
* Fix FILES
* Select OpenGlesv2 by default - BSPs can ovveride this selection
* Add wayland PACKAGECONFIG enabled by distro

f65b4ce0d5 supertuxkart: initial recipe for v0.8.1 
* the 2 patches are needed to build against mesa 10, they are backported from
  upstream, since there is no new release as of yet.
* tested on Snapdragon (ARMv7 + adreno GPU), running freedreno Mesa Gallium
  driver
* Build tested for qemux86
