13ad27be07 Provide maliit-framework-qt5 version 0.99.2 
Note that this is packaged differently from the version in meta-qt,
since maliit-framework switched the build system to CMake.

40c1b905b0 sddm: Always put sddm.service in the correct location 
Summary:
To avoid errors if using the usrmerge DISTRO_FEATURE let's always put
the sddm.service file in the systemd_unitdir path.

3d2d9954da Add recipe for Noto CJK fonts

c2d0072392 Add ttf-noto fonts 
Summary:
Because plasma recommends noto
No other meta-layer seems to package this

e75aa2d341 Initial recipe for libphonenumber 
This does not include the geo coder part yet, as that seems to need build
system fixes to support cross-compilation. Unfortunately this also adds
a build-time dependency to meta-java.
