* replace packagegroup-basic by packagegroup-base (otherwise
  DISTRO_EXTRA_RDEPENDS / DISTRO_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS won't apply)
* full linguas for full images only
* make strace/procps  unconditional recomendation
