In daisy update-alternatives has been moved from opkg to the opkg-utils recipe.
opkg-utils now creates an additional package update-alternatives-opkg.
Without this patch the opkg-utils recipe is built and the opkg-utils package is
installed for VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_update-alternatives.

Remove unused pinnings, use linaro toolchains for arm
including gdb
use OE-Core toolchain for providing native and crossdk
components of toolchain. this helps to choose linaro or
OE-Core toolchain in a single tmpdir and per architecture
still being able to share common components. We really
dont care who provides native and crossdk components anyway
the arm code improvements that come from linaro gcc is
paramount for crossgcc and gcc on target and candian-gcc in
case of SDK where we will use it anyway
Update comments to match current state of affairs
beautify the files a bit

This is resting place for recipe angstrom uses
but the common URLs as were defined in bitbake.conf
are now gone after commit

This will avoid making entries for every machine on earch that is based
on armv7a and would like to use angstrom and its feeds, secondly it
makes it unified baseline for all armv7a machines and not divide it
with cortex-A8, cortex-A9 and so on
Above all brings sanity

Weaker define means OE-Core definition takes over and it results
in conflicts
ERROR: Multiple .bb files are due to be built which each provide
virtual/libgl
(/home/kraj/work/angstrom/sources/openembedded-core/meta/recipes-graphics/mesa/mesa-gl_9.1.6.bb
/home/kraj/work/angstrom/sources/openembedded-core/meta/recipes-graphics/mesa/mesa_9.1.6.bb).
This usually means one provides something the other doesn't and should.

Right now angstrom images dont get the opkg metadata
into images as a result default opkg operations on say
systemd-image return nop. This started to happen after
OE-Core commit b2cc92595b30d96a79f33ea7a7217834c8b6bff7
where bitbake.conf now has EXTRA_IMAGE_FEATURES ??= ""
that will override the angstrom definition which is what we
dont want. So lets make the angstrom define to be ?=

meta-linaro also had qemu recipes and they are not what we
need. Sometimes they leapfrog OE-Core versions. So lets
be specific what we want to use

OE-Core wants systemd to be in distro features
to leverage the systemd infra from Core
secondly in OE-Core there is not build time dep on
update alternatives see 56a59ef12936dcc6464cf1d43dda6957a5aa8c65
update-alternatives now needs to ask for opkg
we were wrongly asking for update-alternatives-cworth
which is a runtime package.
