gstreamer-0.10: reduce rdependencies of xfce4-mixer / remove gst-plugins-good

There was a similar patch already but that was reverted because it was supected
to cause soundcards not being detected properly on restart. Now it was found
that soundcard problem was a raspi kernel issue which is gone by 4.19.32.
