12bfbda634 libreoffice: upgrade 7.1.5.2 -> 7.2.0.4 & reduce native build time 
Overall native build time was reduced significantly by:
* disabling components not required for native build
* avoidance of useless downloads
* reduction of native dependencies

ed669dfa84 libreoffice upgrade 6.3.4.2 -> 6.4.1.2 
* gobject-introspection build had to be reworked
* use system mdds
* poppler patch can go
* 0006-make-sure-that-gengal-uses-native-libraries.patch does not seem
  necessary any more
* since this was more efford as usual do some additional cleanup

5222380057 libreoffice-native: use build target cross-toolset 
For libreoffice 5.x native tools were built with target 'build-tools'. Could
not get this to fly and remembered a thread started by me many years ago [1].
It mentions target 'cross-toolset' which builds fine with tiny configuration
hacks.

* update to 5.0.3.2 - version is set once in inc-file
* use more system libraries - necessary patch for glew just sent to oe-core
* create patch to use native cppumaker instead of cross version
