kde-apps: upgrade 20.12.3 -> 21.04.0

License crusaders ruined my day (again) and it seems they do not even know what
they are doing:
* Loads of new checksums (shouldn't there be just one accepted variabt?)
* libkdegames 'invented' a new license 'ICS'
* kbounce LGPL - sure?
