networkmanager; remove bbappend
...
If I rmember correctly first versions of KDE/KF5 did nit build properly if
networkmanager was not build with modemmanager support. These days this
is no more required so skip the append (particularly after causing trouble
with meta-networking networkmanager patches: PACKAGECONFIG was incorrect in
recipe but due to override here remained unnoticed).

extends-meta-oe/networkmanager: add modemmanager/bluez5 to standard packageconfig

note that the updated patches for networkmanager containing the packageconfigs
set here are under test and will be send mainline soon.
For the impatient see [1] but be prepared for rebasing.
