This is just a proof of concept:
* bitbake spotifyd
* move to ${S}
* on console (replace ${DL_DIR} / S{S} with your paths):
> export CARGO_HOME="${DL_DIR}/cargo"
> export CARGO_TARGET_DIR="${B}"
> cargo build --frozen
