linux-yocto/6.1: update to v6.1.27

Updating  to the latest korg -stable release that comprises
the following commits:

    ca48fc16c493 Linux 6.1.27
    0bbec73fdd9e riscv: No need to relocate the dtb as it lies in the fixmap region
