Subject: [PATCH] gstconfig.h.in: initial RISC-V support
RISC-V supports unaligned accesses, but these might run extremely slowly
depending on the implementation. Therefore set GST_HAVE_UNALIGNED_ACCESS
to 0 on this architecture.
