libsdl2: fix license

Browse Source 
by default libsdl2 is build with code from src/video/yuv2rgb, which
is licensed under BSD-2-Clause.
Additional by default hidapi is build, which is licensed under
GPL3 | BSD-2-Clause | HIDAPI license, pick the least restrictive
and best matching BSD-2-Clause.
