bitbake: bitbake-user-manual-metadata.rst: OE_BUILTIN_FRAGMENTS -> OE_FRAGMENTS_BUILTIN
The actual variable name used in oe-core is OE_FRAGMENTS_BUILTIN, which is in a consistent format with other OE_FRAGMENTS_XXX vars.
