classes/populate_sdk_base: Add src-pkgs to COMPLEMENTARY_GLOB

Browse Source 
Add a COMPLEMENTARY_GLOB for source packages (*-src) so that they can be
included when PACKAGE_DEBUG_SPLIT_STYLE is "debug-with-srcpkg"
