sdk-manual: fix incorrect highlight language for console code-blocks
When unspecified in conf.py via the highlight_language variable (and highlight variable for code-blocks), the lexer used for literal blocks is "default" which tries to highlight the block as Python code. These blocks aren't Python but simple command lines prefixed by a prompt so let's use the "console" lexer to properly highlight.
