Subject: [PATCH] linux-user: Handle SOCK_CLOEXEC/NONBLOCK if unavailable on
host
If the host lacks SOCK_CLOEXEC, bail out with -EINVAL.
If the host lacks SOCK_ONONBLOCK, try to emulate it with fcntl()
and O_NONBLOCK.
