poky.ent: Updated some autobuilder ENTITY variables

The location for nightly builds changed to
https://autobuild.yocto.io/pub/nightly/.

I updated the YOCTO_AB_PORT_URL and YOCTO_AB_NIGHTLY_URL
ENTITY variables accordingly
