bitbake: bitbake-user-manual: Added five new repo variables and links.

Added the following variables to the glossary:

  CVSDIR
  GITDIR
  SVNDIR
  HGDIR
  BZRDIR

Several areas in the main manual mentioned these variables.  For
each, I added the appropriate link to the glossary term.
