atom-pc: enable CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE

Browse Source 
Add CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE to the i915.cfg config fragment for
the atom-pc machine. This allows the BlackSand to boot to the sato
desktop with text after the fb switch as well as the poky splash
screen.
