08fbdc02e3 bitbake: Toaster: Implement the project-specific feature and releated enhancements and defects.
Here is the primary driving enhancement:

* Bug 12785 - Support Project Specific configuration for external
   tools (e.g. ISS, Eclipse)

  - Isolated project-specific configuration page (full Toaster context
     hidden)
  - Support for new project, reconfigure existing project, and import
     existing command line project
  - Ability to define variables (e.g. image recipe) and pass them back
     to external GUI
  - Ability to execute the cloning phase, so that external GUI receive
     a buildable project
  - Ability to call back to the external GUI when updates are completed
     and ready
  - Compatibility of above projects with the normal full Toaster interface
  - Ability to pass to a 'complete' or 'cancel' web page so that the
external GUI can immediately stop that Toaster instance, and not
leave dangling servers nor edit sessions open

Here are the supporting enhancements, where at least the
back end is implemented:

* Bug 12821 - Make Toaster conf changes compatible with command line usage
* Bug 12822 - Support importing user changes to conf files into Toaster
* Bug 12823 - Support importing user build directories into Toaster
* Bug 12824 - Scan imported layers for content so that they are
               immediately available
* Bug 12825 - show layer clone item in progress bar

Here are defects fixed:

*  Bug 12817 - builddelete.py requires explicit 'add_arguments'
* Bug 12818 - Remove orphaned imported layers when project is deleted
* Bug 12826 - fix imported layer management
* Bug 12819 - build using selected bitbake env, not Toaster's env
* Bug 12820 - Toaster randomizes the layer order in toaster_bblayers.conf

43aaa802c3 bitbake: toaster: git clone progress bar
If a project has a lot of additional layers, the build may
appear to hang while those layers are checked out.
This patch adds a clone progress bar that is visible before
the parsing progress appears.

9ed45f7974 bitbake: toaster: tweak styling and typos in recent builds area
Help icons need to have the Bootstrap tooltip() method called on
them so that the popups are correctly styled.

Ensure that the colour of the help/error/warning icons is correct,
depending on the build state.

Fix pluralisation of errors and warnings shown.

Add a div around the build state area so it's easy to pick up
where the state is going to display (e.g. in tests).

dd99cf957d bitbake: toaster: show progress of recipe parsing in recent builds area
Modify buildinfohelper and toasterui so that they record the
recipe parse progress (from ParseProgress events in bitbake)
on the Build object.

Note that because the Build object is now created at the
point when ParseStarted occurs, it is necessary to set the
build name to the empty string initially (hence the migration).
The build name can be set when the build properly starts,
i.e. at the BuildStarted event.

Then use this additional data to determine whether a Build
is in a "Parsing" state, and report this in the JSON API.
This enables the most recent builds area to show the recipe
parse progress.

Add additional logic to update the progress bar if the progress
for a build object changes.

952ffb3e1f bitbake: toaster: move most recent builds templating to client
The most recent builds area of the all builds and project builds
table needs to update as a build progresses. It also needs
additional functionality to show other states (e.g. recipe parsing,
queued) which again needs to update on the client side.

Rather than add to the existing mix of server-side templating
with client-side DOM updating, translate all of the server-side
templates to client-side ones (jsrender), and add logic which
updates the most recent builds area as the state of a build changes.

Add a JSON API for mostrecentbuilds, which returns the state of
all "recent" builds. Fetch this via Ajax from the build dashboard
(rather than fetching the ad hoc API as in the previous version).

Then, as new states for builds are fetched via Ajax, determine
whether the build state has changed completely, or whether the progress
has just updated. If the state completely changed, re-render the
template on the client side for that build. If only the progress
changed, just update the progress bar. (NB this fixes the
task progress bar so it works for the project builds and all builds
pages.)

In cases where the builds table needs to update as the result of
a build finishing, reload the whole page.

This work highlighted a variety of other issues, such as
build requests not being able to change state as necessary. This
was one part of the cause of the "cancelling build..." state
being fragile and disappearing entirely when the page refreshed.
The cancelling state now persists between page reloads, as the
logic for determining whether a build is cancelling is now on
the Build object itself.

Note that jsrender is redistributed as part of Toaster, so
a note was added to LICENSE to that effect.

ed9c309e81 bitbake: toaster: fix layout for command-line builds in recent builds area
Command-line builds were displayed incorrectly, so that the
HTML elements for other builds were being "consumed" by the
command-line build elements due to incorrect positioning of
element end tags.

Fix by ensuring end tags close elements in the right places.

As the indentation was all over the place in the most recent
builds section template, it was almost impossible to see what the
problem was. So that was fixed, too.

efbffe3c29 bitbake: toaster: move recent builds query to model
The progress updater for the recent builds section makes a JSON
call to the project view URL to get progress for each build.
However, conversion of the builds pages to ToasterTable broke this,
as the JSON response no longer contained the data necessary to
populate the progress bars.

Move the recent builds query to the Build model, so that it is
accessible to the ToasterTables using it ("project builds" and
"all builds"), as well as to the "project" view.

Modify the code in the recent builds template to use the slightly
different objects returned by the recent builds query on Build.

70c4eb8d3a bitbake: toaster: refactor build model
We remove the "timespent", "errors_no" and "warnings_no" fields
in favor of computing the needed values at runtime. This prevents
inconsistencies in the UI.

Also removeing all references to BuildRequests from the interface -
all build details now display in the build dashboard.

Minor fixes related to data logging.

160563532f bitbake: toaster: refactor the builds pages
Taking out the managed mode-specific bits in build-related
pages, as there is always only one mode available.

Also refactors the build pages in order to always display
Build objects instead of BuildRequest objects.

ed9fa17467 bitbake: toaster: Improve client side error handling
Make use of the toastermain.settings.DEBUG flag to toggle the client
side error logging. Make the error logging consistent by using
console.warn/error across the project, this adds traceability to the
warnings. Also handles the case where console is not available by
stubbing it in libtoaster.

dc1be9c438 bitbake: toaster: fix padding of build notifications
In managed mode, we show the name of the project in the build
notifications of the all builds page. The way we show the
project requires modifying the default padding of the .alert
class. This patch makes sure the padding modification is
only applied in managed mode, i.e., when the project name
needs to be shown.

707a960ffa bitbake: toastergui: do not show project info in interactive mode
The most recent builds section showed the project name and the Run Again
buttons regardless whenever the Toaster was in interactive or managed
modes. These widgets have no meaning in interactive mode, and this
patch disables the widgets if toaster is not running in Managed mode.
