937758dc13 recipes/*: remove obsolete use of acpaths
The bulk of these recipes used acpaths to work around argument list
limits as we passed the full path to every directory. As this behaviour
no longer happens we can remove these workarounds.

3675ea0765 pkgconfig: Add pkg-config-native to SDK
Building weston with an SDK fails to find pkg-config-native:
```
Did not find pkg-config by name 'pkg-config-native'
Found pkg-config: NO
Found CMake: /opt/poky/5.1/sysroots/x86_64-pokysdk-linux/usr/bin/cmake (3.31.0)
Build-time dependency wayland-scanner found: NO (tried cmake)
protocol/meson.build:1:14: ERROR: Dependency lookup for wayland-scanner with method 'pkgconfig' failed: Pkg-config for machine build machine not found. Giving up.
```

Fix the problem by extending the pkg-config-native wrapper install to
class-nativesdk.

069e5df6ae pkgconfig: use system glib for nativesdk builds
There's no need to use the internal glib fork for nativesdk builds, as
we can use the proper nativsdk-glib-2.0 recipe.

This means we're shipping less statically linked and obsolete code, and
can also drop two patches to that code which were only needed in
nativesdk builds on Windows.

c0583c6bfc meta: use ln -rs instead of lnr
lnr is a script in oe-core that creates relative symlinks, with the same
behaviour as `ln --relative --symlink`. It was added back in 2014[1] as
not all of the supported host distributions at the time shipped
coreutils 8.16, the first release with --relative.

However the oldest coreutils release in the supported distributions is
now 8.22 in CentOS 7, so lnr can be deprecated and users switched to ln.

d713988268 pkgconfig: Fix nativesdk builds for mingw sdk hosts
pkgconfig uses a vendored version of ancient glib-2.0, which does not
have many of fixes that current glib-2.0 will have, we enable this
internal version for nativesdk/native recipe, which on mingw hosts does
not work well, as its missing necessary mingw support. This patch
backports couple of fixes which makes GCC11 happy

but its going to be a constant source of pain as long as we support mingw

fedac61ad9 pkgconfig: allow kernel to be build with esdk
When the kernel's menuconfig target is called while using the esdk or an
esdk-based container, the pkg-config info that is found is not correct.
The pkg-config info is for the target, but we need the eSDK's information
in order to build the host based menuconfig.

The new pkg-config-esdk script checks both that it's in SDK and being
called from the check-lxdialog script in order to limit the scope of when
the pkg-config automagically switches to pkg-config-native.

The pkg-config-esdk is only installed as pkg-config inside the eSDK, which
is why we use the sstate post install script and check for if we are in the
esdk environment using the WITHIN_EXT_SDK

3aa0ae393c pkg-config: depend on pkgconfig-native for target builds

29d6678fd5 Major layout change to the packages directory
Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things
and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several
logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more
information about the classifications used.

The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes"
as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to
people and has many different meanings.

Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass
at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as
they're no longer actively used or maintained.
