9e5fd1c01d ref-manual: Edits the x32 section. 
these edits are on the fly with Saul Wold.  Probably more to
come.  They are eliminating some of the "new" wording and
other bullets that are out of date.

a005cdaaed dev-manual, ref-manual: Cross-references between PR Service and cache

ed0a240e16 documentation: Rename of poky-ref-manual folder to ref-manual. 
Changing the folder that holds the YP Reference Manual to be
"ref-manual".  This will help with confustion over the manual's
intended purpose.
