Added descriptions for the following variables:

 DISTRO_CODENAME
 BASE_WORKDIR
 DISTRO_FEATURES_DEFAULT
 DISTRO_FEATURES_LIBC

Part of adding new variables is checking to see if a previously
undocumented variable is used elsewhere in the manual.  One
occurrence was spotted and turned into a link for this list.
