Ming Liu 28a9886ff2 uboot-sign.bbclass: fix some install commands
A "install -d" command is missing when dealing with
${UBOOT_NODTB_BINARY} in install_spl_helper function, this can lead
to invalid install error saying:

| install: cannot create .../usr/share/u-boot-nodtb-2021.04-r0.bin': No such file or directory

Let's drop all "install -d" and replace them with "install -Dm" in
install_helper/install_spl_helper functions.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
