Khem Raj 3a207a2a5c gcc: Move STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_1 and STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_2 back to gcc.c
when compiling for ppc64, build emits additional
STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_1 and STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_2 into
gcc/defaults.h which is not conditional because it really want to
override others with this new value, but it ends up with two definitions
since it gets emitted _after_ the definition this patch moves to
default.h and ends up in duplicate defines.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
