He Zhe 3bf7cd7182 linux-libc-headers: Fix build failure by using fixed temporary file instead of pipe
This is a workaround for the following possible build failure.

*** Compiler lacks asm-goto support.. Stop.

When building linux-libc-headers we need to use binutils on build machine.
binutils v2.31 introduces a bug that could cause scripts/gcc-goto.sh to fail
when running in an environment where /tmp is rarely used, e.g. in docker.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
