Joshua Lock 50ffb99417 packaged-staging: basic support for pulling staging packages from a mirror

Add simple support for trying to fetch staging packages from a http, https  or
ftp mirror if they do not already exist in PSTAGE_DIR.

As documented in local.conf.sample
"Poky can try and fetch packaged-staging packages from a http, https or ftp
mirror. Set this variable to the root of a pstage directory on a server."

If the PSTAGE_MIRROR variable is not set, or the package cannot be found on
the mirror it will be built as usual.

Poky

Poky platform builder is a combined cross build system and development environment. It features support for building X11/Matchbox/GTK based filesystem images for various embedded devices and boards. It also supports cross-architecture application development using QEMU emulation and a standalone toolchain and SDK with IDE integration.

Poky has an extensive handbook, the source of which is contained in the handbook directory. For compiled HTML or pdf versions of this, see the Poky website http://pokylinux.org.
