Marco Felsch 5b13c1d8ab bitbake: bitbake: bitbake-layers: add skip reason to output
Currently we inform the user that some package/layer is skipped but we
don't print the reason albeit bitbake knows the reason. So currently it
looks like:

gtk+:
  meta-oe              2.24.32 (skipped)

With this change the output prints the skip reason which is very helpful
for debugging:

gtk+:
  meta-oe 2.24.32 (skipped: one of 'x11 directfb' needs to be in DISTRO_FEATURES)

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
